Windows Installer CleanUp 公用程式

If you are not able to remove or uninstall an application in Windows XP using either the Uninstall option or the Add/Remove Programs tool, you could try using the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility
如果沒辦法用uninstall程式或新增移除工具移除應用程式,可以用Windows Installer CleanUp 公用程式處理
